Biometric & Facial Analysis Data

To generate your customized looksmaxxing protocol, VampMaxx processes selfie photos that you upload. These images are securely processed using OpenAI APIs and stored in private cloud repositories (DigitalOcean Spaces). We do not sell, rent, or trade your facial scans. This data is used solely to evaluate skin quality and structural metrics to calibrate your routine.

Information We Collect

When you use VampMaxx, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, age, gender, skin type, zodiac sign, location (city/country), and existing skincare product lists during onboarding. We also log task completion status and analytics metrics to track website performance.

How We Use It

  • To compile and update your weekly skincare and fitness task protocol.
  • To tailor product suggestions according to your local weather, UV index, and humidity.
  • To track streak scores and task adherence.
  • To process transaction checkpoints securely via Stripe.

GDPR & CCPA Compliance (Your Rights)

Under GDPR (European Union) and CCPA (California), you hold key data protection rights:

  • Right to be Forgotten (Deletion): You can completely purge all your personal records, facial scans, payment links, and metrics. We provide an automated Delete All Data action directly within your Account Page.
  • Right of Access & Portability: You can request a summary of the details we store at any time.

Cookies & Storage

We use browser local storage to maintain session persistence and theme configuration (dark/light mode). Strictly necessary authentication tokens are handled securely via Clerk.

Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal information. Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Trusted third-party sub-processors (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for analysis, MongoDB for storage) process data under strict data protection protocols.
